RMT-HRCF Sky Vista LLC is seeking rights for a large casino with two hotel towers, nestled in what was once a scenic, hillside view in a quiet North Valleys neighborhood.  And, yes, right next to North Valleys Regional Park. You can expect increased traffic, more lighting at night, and everything else that comes with a major casino.
